Shipping and Delivery Times

Our Shipping and Delivery Policies

The products featured in our store are shipped by our suppliers directly to the address provided in our store at the time of order completion. Depending on the chosen model and the customer's region, the shipment may originate from distribution centers in Asia, USA, or Europe. The delivery time is from 10 to 25 business days after the order is shipped, according to the rules of the local delivery system. Your order will be dispatched shortly after the Payment Confirmation and Logistic Processing.

Logistic Processing: Logistic Processing is the stage where we take care of dispatching your product(s). Your product(s) undergo(es) a rigorous quality process, where we evaluate if it is(they are) in excellent condition for shipping, all to ensure your satisfaction upon receipt.

Logistic processing can take from 2 to a maximum of 10 days, depending on the origin location of the product(s). Don't worry, as we have a specialized team that oversees every step of this process to provide you with total peace of mind without the need to constantly monitor the shipping stages.

Payment Confirmation:

Payment confirmation is automatically made by the payment gateway and it is what validates the purchase on our website. For the payment to be confirmed, you need to complete your purchase and provide your billing information, which can be done by credit card or debit card.

Maximum delivery times:

Along with Logistic Processing, delivery may take up to 35 business days.

These are maximum deadlines, meaning you may receive your order before these deadlines.

All deadlines are expressed in business days: In this case, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not taken into account for the delivery deadline.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@gioppe.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
